Project overview

SMSFlare - SMS Routing & Voice OTP Platform

A complete telecom operations platform connecting SMPP messaging, SIP-based Voice OTP, customer billing and delivery diagnostics in one system.

We developed SMSFlare as the switching and operations layer between customer applications and their telecom providers. The system combines SMPP traffic handling, separate SMS and Voice delivery paths, customer charging and operational web panels. MySQL stores configuration, message events, delivery receipts and durable Voice jobs, while an independent worker handles SIP calls. The managed service includes server configuration, software maintenance and agreed further development; operators connect their own providers.

SMPP clients, gateways and SMS routing

Voice OTP, SIP/UDP, IVR and Google TTS

Customer wallets, tariffs and credit limits

Administrator and client web panels

CDRs, message traces and Voice statistics

Managed deployment and ongoing development

Inside the SMSFlare public demo

Official documentation screenshots captured from demo.smsflare.net on 28 October 2026. All accounts, messages, prices and traffic figures are fictional demonstration data. Sample gateways are disabled; these screens illustrate the interface and workflows.

Daily oversight: submissions, delivery outcomes, billed amount and Voice jobs share one dashboard. Voice jobs are included in submission totals.

Customer configuration: delivery channels, assigned routes, web access and wallet balances are visible per account.

Delivery investigation: CDRs connect incoming and outgoing content with provider selection, status and click events; individual records lead into message traces.

Voice delivery control: routing groups combine destination prefixes, priorities, weights, attempt limits and IVR or TTS media settings.

Multilingual audio configuration: the voice catalogue maps provider voice IDs and languages to TTS routes. Demo entries do not indicate an active synthesis connection.

Gateway comparison: completed and failed jobs, answer-seizure ratio (ASR), average call duration (ACD) and talk time. Retries do not inflate submission totals.

Brief

We developed SMSFlare as the switching and operations layer between customer applications and their telecom providers. The system combines SMPP traffic handling, separate SMS and Voice delivery paths, customer charging and operational web panels. MySQL stores configuration, message events, delivery receipts and durable Voice jobs, while an independent worker handles SIP calls. The managed service includes server configuration, software maintenance and agreed further development; operators connect their own providers.

Result

Operators can configure customers and providers, control SMS and Voice routes, reconcile charges and investigate delivery outcomes through a connected operational platform.

Challenge

Connect client accounts, provider gateways, routing decisions and delivery receipts so each submission can be investigated from intake to final outcome.

Add voice verification to SMPP workflows while keeping SMS routing, Voice route selection and customer charging explicit.

Give administrators detailed operational control and clients access to their own traffic and wallet information.

Approach

Built client and gateway management with routing groups, destination rules, priorities, weights and bounded provider retries.

Implemented durable MySQL-backed Voice jobs, processed by an independent worker using SIP/UDP, static IVR or Google Cloud Text-to-Speech.

Connected tariffs, prepaid/postpaid wallets and credit controls with CDRs, message-event traces, CSV reporting and protocol diagnostics.

Outcomes

One operational workspace connects customer configuration, delivery control, reporting and charging.

Voice verification has a traceable path from OTP extraction through route selection and call attempts to delivery-receipt handling.

Account-scoped client views and detailed administrator reports support both customer self-service and delivery investigations.
